Is Coral Reef worth it?

We had lunch at Coral Reef last week and it was great. The service was wonderful, food was fresh and delicious and the deserts were great. I had the Bailey's and Jack Daniels mousse and it was awesome. Others in the party had the chocolate wave and they loved it. We really liked it.

Let me mention since a common complaint is slow service. I mentioned to our waiter when he took our drink order that our 14 month old daughter (at the time) was good for about 1-1.5 hrs tops. I suggested for the peace of ourselves, him, and surrounding guests we order app., entrees, and dessert at one time and if he would keep an eye on us just bring out the next course when he saw 3 of the 4 of us done. He was fabulous!!!!!!! We were done in and hour and 20 minutes, the baby did great; however, our friends were dining in a different section. We allowed our dd to play and run about outside for 35 minutes before they were done and their service was so slow they gave up waiting for dessert. I believe some servers are afraid to rush diners, which is another complaint, and some find a hard time finding an inbetween. We were very clear on our expectations and he recieve the ddp tip plus a nice extra for following direction extremely well. He did a beautiful job and didn't make us feel rushed even though we were on the babies ticker so to speak.
