I had the same issue this weekend. If you are going to the old site chase.com/cards it isn't working. Now just go to chase.com and log in from there.

My Virgin Mobile phones couldn't auto-renew this weekend. I wonder if this was why. When I called VM they started an incident report and when I called Chase they didn't indicate anything was wrong on their end.

Paid my bills yesterday from chase.com. Was working fine. It's possible that chase.com been attacked by hackers.

When I paid my bill on the 13th there was a notice that said that the site would down on the 16th. Perhaps it was still down due to that?

There has been a very public "denial of service" attack against several of the large banks by hackers. This is likely the source of the problem.

I paid both my car loan and credit card on chase.com yesterday afternoon with no problem.
