If Wishes is at 8 and we have an ADR for 9 do you think the restaurant will be relatively quiet? We've been there for Wishes many times and it can be pretty busy and noisy so we'd prefer to have a later ADR if it means the restaurant will be a bit quieter. Thanks.

It might still be a little busy at the beginning of your ADR and your ADR might have to wait a bit depending on how the table turnover did earlier in the night, but for the most part it should be relatively quiet by the time you get your appitizers (at least much quieter than durring Wishes).

During the President's Day holiday weekend, I literally walked out of the elevator and sat at the bar about ten minutes after the fireworks. I had the place to myself.

Probably not. We usually are having dessert when wishes comes on and there are still people waiting for tables when we are leaving. It will still be busy. I never really find Cali Grill to be overly loud, but I can tune out background noise I guess or it just doesn't bother me, it more white noise to me than loud like a buffet or something would be.
