Is Buffet new at PSB in Norway?

We ate breakfast last year at the Ashkerus and there was no buffet. Is this something new they added?

I don't remember when they added it (I think it was when they added princesses to lunch or dinner), but I know they had it in Dec06.

It's not a full buffet of the food - the hot food (eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc) is still brought to your table by the server. The buffet is for "cold" items, like pastries, lox, etc. Kind of the appetizer/salad before the main course.

We went last Dec and it was Buffet. The buffet was only for the cold items. They still brought the hot items on a plate to the table. I was surprised b/c when we went the year before there was no buffet at all.
