Is breakfast possible at Three Broomsticks without HP package?

The HP package is soo expensive but we are staying onsite with a Florida Resident rate. Can we still get breakfast for our Oct. trip?

I'm not sure if you can book the package if you are staying onsite, but I know that you can't get breakfast there if you don't have reservations as they were capacity for each seating according to the TM. Call guest services or reservations to find out.
