Is Bear Island Road public?

It looks like the easiest way to get from CSR by car to golf courses is to take Western Way to Bear Island. Is this possible ? DH doesn't want to deal with going through the "park traffic" at 8 am to make tee times.

No can do. There is an unmaned gate at the Western Way side of Bear Island that only CMs and company vehicles can get thru.
