My daughter is obsessed with 'aqua dress Ariel' and wants desperately to see her and wear her matching dress on her birthday breakfast. I know it's not guaranteed who will be there, but what are the chances it'll be Ariel? Is there anyway to find out ahead of time? Thanks in advance.

There is no way to find out ahead of time. She is usually at Akershus, but scheduling can vary and face characters especially can vary.
