Is Ariel’s still available for weddings?

I thought I read somewhere that Ariel’s won’t be available for wedding receptions for much longer. I hope that’s not the case since I think it’s a beautiful venue. I was hoping to have my vow renewal (a girl can dream—this would be 7 years from now, LOL) there. Does anyone know the deal with Ariel’s?

The last I had heard DFTW had released Ariel's for dates at least through early 2007. It seems the planned renovation/ opening Ariel's as a restaurant keeps getting pushed back.

I wonder if they did re-open Ariel's as a restaurant if they would still allow DFTW to book it with higher minimums or only during the day (if the restaurant was open at night). It's such a pretty venue it would be a shame to see it become non-bookable.

Hi - i enquired about ariels for our reception in may 2007 - they are still using it in 2007, however, they will only do a buffet meal there now, not a plated dinner menu

there is now a maximum of 75 people though.
