We are going to WDW 18 April to 28 April-but reading the board, I am beginning to think this a bad time. Am I right or wrong. What would be a better time for a family of 4 coming from Alaska?

On another subject what about Disney dollars from the cc visa, can the $50 be used in the parks. Or am I not understand the cc rewards dollars

We have been to Disney at the end of April twice. Both times the crowds have been low to moderate. Since Easter falls on March 27, 2005 it may not be as busy as you think. We had great weather both times. No rain at all. The first time we went in April they were having record breaking heat waves----95 or so. The humidity was high as well. I would not hesitate to go at this time of year, but that's me.

In ref to the Disney Dollars. They can be used in the parks to pay for food, souv. etc., They can be used at the Disney hotels, gift shoppes, Downtown Disney etc...

Happy planning!

We were there during April this year. It was Spring Break for a lot of people, but I found the crowds to be very manageable. However, many schools have their break around Easter so that may change the crowds. Disney also runs Magic Music Days during April and that brings in a lot of school groups. You can't beat the weather at that time of year and I wouldn't hesitate to go again in April.
