Is anything special scheduled November 9th - 12th?

i was looking at my DVC availability calendar and the weekend my wife and I were thinking of going to a Disney seems to have all the DVC hotels booked solid from November 9th to 12th.

Is any major group or celebration occurring?

Veteran's Day weekend. We went last year, and it was super-crowded. Very limited SD FPs. Epcot was a sea of people (last weekend if F&W). And Dapper Days happened that weekend.

NJ schools have that Tuesday, Thursday & Friday off or my daughter might have the whole week so a lot of NJ people head down. Last year they filmed the Thanksgiving show that week so it was extra crowded.

I wouldn't say, "usually," but that's when they happened to tape LAST year, so that is a possibility.

(Kind of like saying that the Chicago Cubs "usually" win the World Series.)

Last year and 2015 as well though that year was more MK centric or at least it was on Veterans Day 15 when I was at Epcot cause that was when Hanson was playing
