Is anything open at 8:00am at City Walk?

I am planning on getting to the IOA gate at 8:00am so we can be first in, and I was thinking maybe my family can get breakfast or something while I am waiting in line. And if none of the restaurants are open, maybe there is something else to do for that hour before the park opens?

I believe that Cinnabon is open at 8:00. I'm not sure of the exact time but it is always open before the parks are open.

The hour goes really fast. The parking garage opens at 8am, so by the time you walk into city walk, it's about 08:15am. The music is playing, and it's fun to walk thru the empty city walk and look at the restaurant fronts and menus. At 08:30am, the crowd forms in front of the gates, the line goes back to the ticket booths. Hulk is testing, and you hear the Ocean Trader song being played. Workers will talk with guests in line, and you can get a map and look over it. And before you know it, the gates open and it off to get that front row ride on Hulk.

I thought rides like Hulk would already be running due to early entry for resort guests?

Universal dosen't have early entry days like WDW. They had a special this summer for early rides on Mummy and Shrek where the onsite guests could get in 30 minutes early for those two rides only.

Just got my package in the mail with tickets, etc. From 12/11 - 1/7, they are allowing early entry for SHREK for on site hotel guests.....................
