They think someone spotted the car that they are looking for. But there has been no confirmation on anything.

I'm up. I'm sick and can't sleep.

There have been "multiple arrests" in Middletown, MD, at a rest stop on I-70. Now they're possibly connecting the sniper to some liquor store robberies near Montgomery, AL. So many details flying with little confirmation. Another press conference has been announced, but not scheduled.

I just got up, and it appears they have the the two people in question as related to the sniper shootings in custody. They are getting ready to search the vehicle that they found these two guys sleeping in.

I pray this is a peaceful end to this 3 week long nightmare. My gut feeling tells me this is the by product to the investigation, not the goal, but I sure hope I'm wrong.

I didn't know they had possibly linked it to the robbery here a few weeks ago. Gee, here we are thinking things are normal around here! I can't imagine knowing that it may have been the snipers from up there down here. *shudder*
