Is anyone planning on taking pix at the Open House?

I would love to see what the open house is all about this weekend... unfortunately, I can't make it, but would love to see pix and hear play by plays from those who can attend! I'm sure others feel the same and would appreciate anything shared!! I hope everyone has a fantastic time this weekend!!

Think of me working at the Dior counter during an event, with my arm in a sling and a brace on my leg (softball incident, lol--i've played for 22 years and this is the 2nd worst injury... it's bound to happen). Had the open house been last weekend, we wouldn't have been in an event and I could go... and I would have had to miss softball and this wouldn't have happened

Anywho... we are re-scheduling our site visit for our November trip since we had to cancel in May. I was so sick, I couldn't get out of bed at the Yacht Club--the concierge employees were so sweet to me. I will have lots of pix from November for sure. If anyone has requests please let me know!! It will mostly be the YC Gazebo, Yachtsman Steakhouse, and maybe the Wedding Pavilion, Japan, and France. We're also trying the California Grill out to see if that can top our love for the Yachtsman--doubt it, but I'll give it a shot.

Back to our regularly scheduled program: Open House Go-ers... take some great pictures so we can get our fix!! Thanx Bunches

there will be a live radio/pod cast of it tomorrow (sat) on wdw radio.com I think it is! I can find it and post the link if you like! I saw it because I am a fan of WDW on Facebook - I'll be listening/watching if available!

I don't know much if it is video or just sound, but it will be live from like 10-3 I think.

I started the thread so when anyone get's a chance after tomorrow there should be updates for you and everyone to refer to!! I will hopefully be able to post my pictures tomorrow night for everyone to enjoy!! If not it will be Sunday

I think they do Open Houses once a year. I heard about it through Facebook because I am a fan of Disney and DFTW on facebook, and it was posted as an event.

There were two Open Houses this year (one this past March). I found out too late for the one in March and found out about the one today on the DIS. I had planned on attending but had to cancel. I would love to see pictures too!
