Is anyone having trouble with SWA Ding program?

I downloaded it. The little box came up that there was a fare, but the link does not work.

Do you have an anti-virus program? It may be blocking it.

I tried disabling it and going to the site but that didn't work either. I was able to access on my other comp though. I guess I will watch for them on this one and book on the other.

Try booking any airfare on the regular site and then type DING in the codes. It will not let you book, but it will advise you of what problems may be (something to the affect of -- "If you have Ding but cannot book...check yadda yadda yadda).

Yes same here. Tried to set the parameters differently in Norton Antivirus also, couldn't get it to work. I finally gave up on it.
