Is anyone having trouble with Ebay?

I can get on the main board, but I can't get into "my ebay" I want to let my buyer know I sent her item today but I can't even get into the section to do that! I don't want her to think I forgot her!

I haven't been having any trouble, but if you still can't get on, try doing a search using your selling id (it's in the advanced options). Do a completed listings on your id and it will pull up the ended auction. Then you can click on contact seller and bypass My Ebay.

I had trouble with ebay a few days ago. Could not acess My Ebay. Kept getting that error message. Finally after two days I bit the bullet and read the directions on the message. Printed it out and followed the steps. I am computer illiterate so I was very nervous. I found the spot where the button to detect a setting was and pressed it, so that it would always detect it. This worked. I don't remember every step but I know it started in the tools section or toolbar. Good luck! If I can do it, I know anyone can. Just became a member to try and help you out.
