Is anyone having problems with e-rewards?

I have been a member of e-rewards for several years. Last week, I realized that I have not received an email from them in a month or more. I tried to log into my account and check account settings, but my password would not work. I tried using the option to reset my password, but it says the account does not exist.

I sent customer service an email last week, but have not heard back from them. A few minutes ago, I sent a second email.

Has anyone had a similar problem? I'm wondering if it's me, or if e-rewards is having problems?

I haven't received an e-mail from them in a couple of months. My DD, on the other hand, gets several e-mails a week. I just checked my account and I am able to log-in. I updated all of my profiles so hopefully I will start getting some e-mails again.
 

I get tons of emails from e-rewards, what do you do with the money?

I have gotten subscriptions and stuff, but the money off deals aren't that good and you can only redeem for hilton points once every so often.

Thats about it. I had like $45 that was ready to expire in August. I ended up getting 4 magazine subscriptions. I haven't read one of them yet. They are just sitting in a pile ready to be trashed. I don't see that this site is that worthwhile to me. They just don't have any good rewards. Oh, and I never qualify for a survey. At least they compensate you for the time it takes you to qualify(or not) for a survey. That is one good thing about their site.

I don't get the amount of emails that I used to, but I still get some. And I just checked and my account is still active. Once I cashed in for Hilton Honors points, but every other time I have opted for the 6 free Blockbuster movies. You can only get them every 6 months, so I just wait until they are available. Works out well for me.
 
I cash in for the Hilton Points - you can do that every 90 days, and I usually have enough for 3,000 points. I was able to use a free night due to my e-rewards earlier this year.

Before that, I cashed in for gift subscriptions for friends & family.
 
Yesterday, I received a response to my email. They cannot find my account and asked for more information.

I always cash in for frequent flyer miles or hotel points, so I was able to check those accounts and give them dates that I redeemed this past year. Hopefully they'll be able to figure out what happened and fix it.

When I stopped receiving emails and couldn't log into my account, I became concerned that e-rewards was going out of business. But, after seeing everyone's responses, I'm certain it's an isolated problem with my account.

I had the exact same problem about a month ago and it took several emails to get it straightened out. It was the same issue where I was not receiving emails and then I could not log in. Now I can log in but I still haven't received an email from them for months. I just try to remember to log in to see if I have any surveys. I also cash my points in for Hilton points. Between My points and e-rewards, I can save up enough for several free nights. In August, I was able to stay at a Hilton near Times Square in NYC for 2 nights and saved a ton of money. Good luck!
 
How long did it take to get your subscriptions? I think I tried for one at the end of Aug., but haven't received any magazines yet....

I ordered my at the end of July and received my first issues(3 different subscriptions) in September. What magazine did you order? Some of them only have 4, 6 or 8 issues a year.
 
I am having the same problem here, cannot login. won't accept password. I thought it was just me having problems. :confused3 :confused3
 
Well, so far I haven't had much success with customer service. It's almost like the responses are generic or system generated. They've told me, twice, that they cannot locate my account by the email address I supplied. They sent me a link to have my password reset. I tried it, thinking maybe they had fixed the problem and this would reset my password. No...I got the same message to contact customer service.

It's so frustrating. Just today, I received a response apologizing for the problems and asking me to supply my registered email address. I responded by asking them to read the email chain below their response. It's as if they aren't reading and keep asking for the same information, over and over.

The good news is that I had recently cashed out my account and only had about $15 in it.
