Is Anyone Going To The Merry Member Mixer?

I know there are several people that will bein WDW the first week of December. I believe a few of them are DVC members. Just wondering if anyone has planned to attend this that first week in December. Wondering if maybe we could turn it into a small meet.

We plan on attending the Merry Member Mixer and Welcome Home Wednesdays. But we will be there the second week of Dec. (12/13 - 12/20). Sorry, we'll miss you.

I guess I had heard a while back that it was going to be on Thursdays. I didn't know there was talk of it being on Friday.

Go figure. The one time that we plan for it, they change the day. Well, it will still work for us on Friday. I called and the time is going to be from 3-5 every Friday.

It is a DVC member event. They have characters, crafts, cookies, pin trading, drawings, and a free gift. You can see the Santa Goofy and Mickey and Miniie dressed up. They also have dancing with the characters. It's a fun event.

We will be going on the 5th. So, that is the one I was talking about. I thought about extending my trip so I could stay and do some of the Mousefest stuff, but our family Christmas is that weekend. I'd skip, but I'm hosting.

I'm in the same boat. I had figured they would stick with the same Thursday scenario..but I have meets planned from 2:30 on...dinner at 4:30, HoHoHolotta lights at 6:30....maybe I can squeeze in the Merry Mixer though..not sure how! Maybe miss the Stop Drop and Roll meet...who knows!!!
