Is anyone familiar with single day Vidcon tickets?

My DD wants to attend Vidcon in Anaheim in CA in October. There's some creators, etc..she wants to meet. I've read about all the tickets and I'm confused. All multi day tickets are put into some meet and greet thing (several weeks before) where the actual time you meet a creator is set up. You have no say in what day or time it is. The problem is she can only attend on Saturday October 23rd. With the single day ticket can she actually walk up to the creators booths and meet them?

Not intimitely familiar but had a look at the site
I really don't think she'll be able to actually Meet the creators listed on the site. "Entering the Matchmaking is the ONLY way to meet Featured Creators or have access to the Meet & Greet Hall." reads to me like they're really keeping all big-ticket creators to panels or meets only-likely for safety reasons.
