Can't login. Can't change my password... even though I know that's not the problem. Can't login to BOG either. (Didn't know where else to post this.) Just need to know if I should call in or wait it out 'til it's fixed. Thanks!

I've been having problems all morning with it. The DVC Members site is down too.

I'm hoping this means there's an upgrade in progress. Three day weekends are often a good time for that.
 
More often, something's broken and nobody's in the office to figure it out and fix it.

Yes, I have lived in IT departments for an eternity.

Planned outages generally put up a site maintenance notice.
 

I've been able to login, and all info for both upcoming trips are showing.
 
I just tried and it said my account/password is not recognized. Then I closed everything out and tried again and it worked. I'm so glad my trip isn't until December....by then all the glitches should be worked out. I hope;)
 
I decided to go ahead and call in as I'm trying to get something that's currently unavailable. It turns out that, I guess, once I signed up at the BOG website yesterday I evidently had too many things registered under my email/password and "wires were getting crossed". She deleted some accounts that my daughter was no longer using (she's 16 now so hasn't accessed those accounts in forever) and all is well again. At least, for now anyway.
 
mine is locked up since yesterday,
sooo love "my disney experience"
if this happens during my vacation that will cap off all that is wrong with
the "new experience"
 
I was this close to sending an angry e-mail to Disney just the other night. For such a large profitable... supposedly innovative company... I find their glitchy website to be completely unacceptable!! Especially as we become more and more dependent on it.
 
Talk about glitchy. I clicked on my Wish List and the page that loaded said I didn't have anything there (like I didn't have a Wish List). Then the page reloaded on its own. Then it reloaded again. And again. And again. And again....
 
Maybe they are finally starting to get it fixed. I checked my page and everything was as it should be (reservations and trip package - I haven't had a chance to make FP+ because we're too far out, going in November.) There is hope! :yay:
