I do on and off on my mobile. If I switch to my laptop, more often than not, it works better. Not always, but most of the time. It’s my phone with which I run into the most problems. Not great when that’s usually all you have on vacation.

Yes it’s frustrating that they can’t get their website to work right half the time. We were there in December and had an extra battery to charge our phones or we would of never made it through a day. We had fuel rods.
