Is anyone else having difficulty with the dining reservation web site? So frustrating

For the last two days, I've been trying to make dining reservations and when I get to the screen where I enter my credit card information and billing information, I click next, and then I get the Donald Duck image saying "Server Busy". So frustrating! I've tried three times this morning to make a reservation and I get all my info in and then it crashes. I lost BOG and CRT because of this..... UGH. I guess I will keep trying....

Yes, it has been giving me serious trouble as well. At least for me I was just changing around a few minor things. I am so sorry you lost BOG and CRT. That is just awful. Have you tried phoning instead?

Hi, I called and of course it was no longer available. This has happened to me several times in the last two weeks. It's only with the popular restaurants though. I was trying to make a Crystal Palace reservation today and I entered my credit card info and all my party members and when I clicked Next to get to the next screen, it crashed. What a tease.....

Oh jeesh! That is such a bummer. To have BOG in your hands and see it gone. Tomorrow at 6am is my 180 day mark. Sounds like it may be a rough start to the day. Of course my 180 day mark is when they are implementing CC hold for ever ADR. I'm sure it will go smoothly

If you got that far in the process and it crashed then it was held I. The system. Generally you'll see it again in 1 hour. Then you might call instead if trying the web.
