I have never been excited about an election before, but I am actually watching CNN avidly. Now that the polls are closed, DH is calming down and cracking jokes. Anyone else having fun? Or am I just weird?

Are all the polls closed or just in the Eastern time zone? How does that work across the country with different time zones?

Different across the country. Our polls are open until 8pm Central/9pm Eastern.

This is the first election I've been excited about too, and let me tell you, I've been bouncing off the walls all evening. Wish some more returns would start coming in. I think I'll be glued to the TV the rest of the evening.
