Is All-Star Movie excluded from SPD Package?

I've read all the fine prints and ASMo is listed as one of the resorts. However, when I tried to book, the online page just says it's not eligible???? I've tried different dates as well, and still no SPD offer.

Does anyone have any confirmation? Thanks.

Could it have been the room only discount you were looking at instead of SPD. I was surprised to see POFQ included in the room only discount because it is not included for SPD.
