Is all of March and April peak?

Is all of March and April peak season in WDW due to Spring break being different times for different states? Somebody told me only the week leading up to and the week after Resurrection Sunday, but I dont think most schools have their Spring break based upon that anymore. I know ours do not and that goes for public, private and local colleges.

Since Spring Breaks are so spread out, you don't get the same level of crowds throughout most of March and April that you get, say, at Thanksgiving or Christmas when everyone is out at the same time. The week before and after Easter have the heaviest crowd levels - those are still very common break weeks, especially when you get out of the South.

No. I went in mid-late March this year and it was very reasonable in terms of crowds.
