Is a Park Ticket/admission needed to dine at Epcot

Hi --the inlaws who are Fl residents are planning on surprising the kids on our visit next week. I was able to add them to our res. at the coral reef but they are getting in later in the day and were not planning on getting park tickets for that day...they will be getting them for the following 2 days. My guess is that they coulld not dine without the tickets it is a late ressie 7:00 I don't know if that matters.

They will need park tickets to get into the park and get to the restaurant.

PP is correct. Park admission is needed even to just dine at a park restaurant.

There is a FL resident after 4 PM Epcot seasonal pass.

The "Epcot After 4:00 Pass" does include free parking. It is primarily intended for local residents who would like to dine at some of the Epcot restaurants.

Looks like it costs $144 before tax. If they ever go any other time, that might be an okay choice for them, since a single day park entry is $82 at the gate for FL residents.

Now I am looking at the ticket pricing charts in the Ticket Sticky, there is no 2 day ticket for FL residents anyway! So for $135 they can get the 3 day ticket.

There is no such thing as a Florida Resident two day ticket.

A one day ticket is $82
A "tourist" two day ticket is $162.
A Florida Resident Play-3 is only $135
and there is a special Florida Resident promotion (through May 26) for a Four Day Resident ticket for $119.

And you must have a valid ticket to enter a Park, even for dining.

I am going to look into ticket options for them. I am running the 1/2 and can get them tickets through run disney for 111.00 for a 2 day pass.
