Is a milk-shake considered a "drink" on DDP?

I think so I think my sons had one also most of the places you could get a fruit smoothie got one at chef mickey and crystal 1900 park but then they would not let us at liberty tree and crystal palace . I just hate the water down there so I can't even drink the pop that comes out of the drink fountians so I got those when I could I just asked every time then I got milk if not just cant stand that water! It makes my hair crazy too!

It was EXCELLENT. It counted as my beverage during my meal there last month.
