Is a Dole Whip ok for the GFCF diet?

I posted on the restaurant board first but then thought this would be the better place. My autistic son is on a strict gluten casein free diet. I'd gotten excited when I'd read that the Dole Whips you can get in the Magic Kingdom were dairy free, but then somewhere else said they were only lactose free. Can anyone confirm if they are safe to eat for someone on the GFCF diet?

Note that it's only some flavors that are sodium casienate free, and there's a shared equipment concern (WDW uses the same buckets to mix all flavors).
