My 9 year-old dd is interested in trying this with her 6 year-old sister. Has anyone's 8 or 9 year-old felt this was geared more for younger kids? Thanks for the help!

Hi!

My daughter has been on the Grand Floridian Pirate Cruise twice, when she was six and again when she was eight. She had lots of fun both times! This year, she's going to be ten and it will be her last cruise before she's too old for the age limit :sad1: She especially asked if we could fit it in for her.

She decided to try the Albatross Cruise out of the Y&B Club's Bayside Marina. She's really looking forward to searching for clues in the World Showcase before it's open, which is one of the "ports of call".

There were kids of all ages on her adventures and every one of them was laughing and singing when they returned with their booty of treasure. Don't forget to send a disposable camera with yer pirates, matey pirate:

my 10 yr ds went on the pirate cruise this past August and he had a blast, so I guess your DD is not too old :)

My DD did it when she was 9, fortunately there were other "older" kids on the ride so she teamed up with them and DS then 6 hung with the younger crowd. Both had a blast! pirate:
