Hi! I'm in the midst of planning a trip in January, all my ADR's are already made. But now looking at them, there's a particular one that has me worried. I have a ressie for WCC at 6:40 pm on Jan. 5th. We were planning on taking the monorail afterwards to MK and watching Spectro and Wishes.... park closes at 11:00pm that day. Am I up for some rushing? :confused3

TIA

You should ( with a big maybe) be out no later than 8:30. Then to take a bus to the MK fiqure at leat 45 to be safe. You can check the calendar to see what time both of those take place. At the earliest you would be at MK at 9 but probably more like 9:15. You can try arriving at WCC early to be seated early but, there is never a guarantee.

Wishes is at 9 that night, and Spectro is at 10 (the later one). 6:40 will be really pushing it- if you don't get seated right away, you will have a real problem getting back to MK in time to see Wishes. You need to allow at least 1-1 1/2 hours for dinner, then up to an hour travel time to get back to MK, get through the turnstiles, and onto Main Street. And the MK will still be pretty busy that week, so it might be a challenge finding a good spot.

I'd see if you can push dinner back to 6pm (or even earlier- 5:30 would be better) if possible.

If I were you, I would try moving the ressie back a bit to give yourself more time to get to the MK. I hate rushing from one spot to another and then add in trying to eat rushing.....

Depending on how fast you eat, it will probably be ok, close but ok. Just an FYI you cannot ride the monorail from WL to MK, your choices are boat or bus. The bus ride itself is about 5 min(wait time could be 30min) the boat runs more regularly(it actually runs in continualy loops, unlike buses) but at that hour it will go to FW before it goes to WL so the ride will be almost 20min.

Thanks so much you guys!!! I think I might call right now and ask for an earlier seating time... Maybe 5:30 or 6pm?:thumbsup2

DznyCamper: Yeah I know its by boat or bus, but for some weird reason I was thinking on the Poly while writing this post.... :confused3: hehe... thanks anyway!!
