I am going to post this here...and on the main page in case someone who booked a more recent package can help.
Here is my problem:
Alright, I need help. I am very frustrated. Did anyone else book a package by calling the wdw-irun number. He told me I could go to my disney experience to see everything.
Well, nothing but my hotel is there so I called to get some help. They told me we would not have access to our ticket information until 72 hours before the race due to this being a race package. Because of this, we cannot book any FP+ until 72 hours before we arrive. Also, I cannot see my prices and the only way I can pay is by calling the event phone number.
Is this true?
