Irony and air tran

I thought my fellow diser would appreciate this:

We have had so many problems with airtran in the past they have:
1)Changed our flight 4 times
2)severly damaged my brand new suitcase
3)delayed our flight 1/2 day do to engin problems

These are just to mention a few so I vowed to never fly them again but we had a credit to use so we are using them to fly back from WDW.
Heres the irony, my DH has to go back to work the next day so he wanted to book an early flight home.They only have 1 nonstop flight back that leaves first thing in the morning so we booked it 3 mths ago.Ever since I have been praying for that flight to get cancelledI want to get on the last flight out that day so we can spend one more day at disney.Now that I want the flight to get changed how much does someone want to bet me that it doesn't!

Off topic, but... this is why I never say never...... Here you are back on the airline you vowed "never to fly"

(The only time I said NEVER I meant it.... Over 10 years ago and not one rental from Alamo and I now HATE renting from National since it's the same USELESS company! LOL!)

Engine problems can happen with any company. I've had two friends affected by this on Sun Country and Delta and both times the either had to wait for a new plane or wait for a new flight the next day.

And I always wonder why folks would QUIT flying an airline over this... would they rather fly on "bubba airways" where "We take off if we have ONE engine running... no delays here"

Me I am big on engines and other mechanical stuff being in working order!

Sorry you had bad luck with them. With all the other airlines we have used I had the best luck (and prices) with them.

But our non-stop (coming up in Oct) was canceled that left at 1pm, so the next flight we could take was at 6pm. Shoot, having more time to spend at Disney! I guess I can deal with that!

I love this... so often we get frustrated, but you'd rather land at disney (or home) than in the ocean or some non-airport place.
