Irish Pub- is it in the DDP?

I booked the Irish Pub in downtown Disney for our first evening.
Reading my travel book today it says it does not take the DDP..but I read on a website it does-

anyone know if the Irish Pub participates in the DDP?

We loved Raglan Road...did it on the Free Dining last September- great food & great entertainment (and loverly adult beverages)
