Ireland anyone?

I have a question..anyone know if a person holds an Irish Passport,do they require Visa's to visit Mexico or Grand Cayman while on a cruise?

I am trying to find out and having NO luck!

No if I rember correctly we didn't need to get any
but for Nassus we had to
the cruise line had the forms (just like the old green 90 day visitors forms going into US) and handed them in at check in before we got on the ship
You just have to go throught US customs again getting off the ship back into the states
