In a letter sent to ther UN today, Iraq has agreed to allow UN inspectors back in to search for weapons of mass destruction.
Personally I think it's just another crock of crap from Hussein. We should go inspect, then finish the job we started 10 years ago. We still need to remove Hussein from power in Iraq.

The White House is said to be skeptical and rejects the letter. I agree. Weapons inspections at this time will do no good. I believe Iraq HAS them, and I believe they are hidden. Hussien is as guilty or terrorism as the ones that hit the WTC on 9/11. He has trained them, backed them with money and hidden them in his country. IMHP...I see only one way to insure the world is safe from Hussien..........Just like GWB said...You are either WITH us or AGAINST us.........It's time to deal with the problem in Iraq and "inspections" are not the answer......

Again I agree with you Tony.

Hey, I'm skeptical as well. I would expect the same old, same old dance of putting up multiple obstacles for the inspectors to overcome. However, we have NO hope of building a coalition, even with our friends in the U.K. , IF Sadaam indeed provides unfettered access for inspections. Let's see.......... the proof is in the details. Colin Powell is correct; there is no need to start spilling the blood of brave American soldiers and Iraqi civilians unless we have no choice........

I will be very interested to see what the terms of this agreement are; what happens when, inevitably, Sadaam denies inspectors access to a particular site? Does an international coalition immediately declare war on Iraq?

As a father, I hate to think of our soldiers, other people's sons and daughters, put in harm's way. I wish we had more reason ot believe that Sadaam will comply this time.
