Ipod Touch Questions

DH wanted to know if you needed to sign up for any additional services to use the features (like e-mail) on the Ipod Touch. He wanted to know before opening the package and figured the quickest way to get an answer would be for me to ask the DIS!

Our kids have shuffles, so we download from Itunes all the time, but he wanted to know if there were any additional service fees with the Itouch.

DS just got a touch. If you have wireless settings in the house, there will be no fee.

DS had downloaded quite a few free apps so far this morning.

The apps and the games for iPod Touch are pretty cool.

The ipod touch uses a wireless connection, so as long as you're using it somewhere where there is free wireless, there is no charge. If you choose to, you can pay for applications to put on your touch, but you don't have to. There are plenty free applications to keep me happy.

What a pain! I wanted to make sure my husband installed itunes from apple's website only. I got a ipod touch for him. I have an older model from last year. We love them. I download movies all of the time from itunes to watch on trips.

I only had it for 5 minutes before I downloaded Tetris for 4.99

I like to go to the top 25 downloads, and then there's an option for top free. You can see up to 50 of the top free downloads. You can also just browse the different categories, and see which ones are free. I downloaded a drug program for free, but then again, I'm in medical school and will need it next year, figured I had better get it while it's still free. Also, not all the stuff that is free now will be free tomorrow, sometimes there are specials and things.

Awesome FREE app - Pandora radio - as long as you have an internet connection,it has free radio - you list a song/band/music genre and it creates a radio station for you!

My son has app sniper - gives him a heads up on free apps.
