Ipod touch charger

am now a proud owner of a Ipod touch (3rd gen) and am looking for recommendations for a charger without paying apple a fortune ! They are available on Play and Amazon but some reports indiacte that some do not work on 3rd gen, if anyone has expereicne of buying one that works perhaps you would be kind enough to post or PM me the retailer?

I bought one from Ebay from one of those Ebay sellers - a cheap version, not an official apple one if you know what I mean.

I think i paid around £3.50 in total, and that included p & p. I used it for my old ipod, but it also works with my iPhone 3Gs. And a friend has used it for his iPod touch. So maybe check out ebay??

I've never heard of the chargers not working with any specific product, but dont quote me on that

For ipod charges I would never dream of going directly to Appl. I always get mine from Ebay.

Quick search and this charger is mega cheap.

Can't help you as I got mine when I bought the Ipod touch, Argos were doing a deal & gave the Belkin charger pack for free, it includes a charger for using abroad

thanks for the help, I had a look on amazon but some feedback suggests that some models do not work with the ipod toch so hopinf someone can reccomend a specific supplier

I have the exact same charger from ebay for my old ipod video. However, I just tried it with my brother's iPod touch and it worked with that too.

It is also being sold as working with "TOUCH", so if you buy it and it didn't work, then I'm sure you can get Ebay involved to get a refund etc.

Hope that helps. I definitely wouldnt pay over £5 for one...

We just bought a couple of usb plugs from ebay , they use the appl lead and we've had no problems.

Even bought one for my mum and she's ok with it
