Hi--interested in an iPod Touch-what's the diff between generations? It's for my DD, would like to buy today. I saw one for under 200, 2nd gen 8 gig.
Any thoughts?

4th generation is the newest model - it has a camera, Face Time and the new game center. It lists for $229. Amazon has it for $224 with free shipping and no tax (but you might owe tax to your state when you do your tax return depending where you live). Costco (in warehouse, not online) has it for $214 plus tax. I just bought one for a Silent Auction, so I checked several places. You may see lower prices on Black Friday - the Apple website usually has 10% off (I think) on either Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
