Ipod tips

HI we just bought an Ipod Nano 2GB. It's so light that i am afraid i will sit/step on it by mistake !

I am just curious , from your experience, how long is the actual battery life ? 10 hours ?

Also what would be your tips/advice on using the Ipod (Things like saving battery etc) ?

Make sure you get a stable case for it. I bought a red leather case at best buy for about $20 and bought my husband a manly brown one, lol. For keeping the battery life, make sure you hit the lock button on top of your IPOD, you shold see a smidgen of orange when you push the lock button over. This keeps your IPOD from accidentally coming on. I don't know if you bought one yet, but we have found that our wall charger is the best thing because we don't have to tie up the PC to charge our IPODS.

HI , I found it weird that Ipod gets charged by connecting to computer but doesn't naturally connect to AC power.

What brand was your charger ?

I'm sure you can get a cheaper off brand charger that just plugs into the wall but I bought an actually charger because I"m anal and like all my things to be the same brand so if there is a problem I can take everything back to one store and let them find the problem, lol. It's just a plain white charger that is portable and the prongs fold in which helps when packing. It's a godsend when my husband is gone and has electricity but not everyday use of a computer.
