iPOD Nano-has anyone seen one lately?

i saw some at sam goodey....but ours just got redone so its all new and has some cool stuff on display. I saw some at circut city and best buy...they have them everywhere where i live....but im not getting one...i picked the one that took me 3 months to find....and then another 1 for my momma to get her hands on.

Last night on the news here they had a story about trying to find the 6 hottest Christmas toys for this year...the iPod nano was one of them, and they couldn't find it.

We bought dd the Nano 4g for Christmas at the Apple store last week. I think they also had them on line last week....Be sure to ask for the educational discount if you qualify.

Got ours online from Apple. They even engraved it for free. Got it delivered in five days.

I also was having a hard time finding 3 nano's for my DD's. I found a Apple dealer near us and ordered them through them. If you can't find a Apple store order it from Apple online. Good Luck!

I ordered 2 from apple.com and paid the extra 12.00 to have it rush shipped. I think I ordered it Wednesday late night and got an email that it was shipped yesterday...

According to the Apple web-site they do not have the iPod Nano in stock and it will not be available for at least two weeks. Best Buy, Circuit City, Sears,Amazon,and Meiers are sold out (web-site and store). I spent the entire day trying to find one and finally ordered the 30 GB IPod w/video from Apple.

I see they have the 2 GB. I was looking for 4 GB. It's ok, though. I think he'll like the video with the one I bought.

We looked yesterday and everyone was out. Ordered online and also paid the extra 12.00 , it will be here Tuesday or Wednesday. At least online we got the free engraving. I only got DD a 2GB, 500 or so songs is plenty for her.

The ipod video was in stock in the stores though.

They say:

I talked with a guy at Best Buy in WI (near Milwaukee) yesterday and he said he's expecting a few in on Tuesday and he has some customers who plan on being there when the store opens and just waiting until the truck comes in.
