iPhone problems with MDE

Suddenly my phone will not bring up specifics in MDE. No FP+, no reservations, can't do meal reservations. Can't bring up wait times. And on this site, topics come up with the adds on the very bottom instead of the top of the thread.
Anybody else expierience this. I need help. I'm wondering if it's a software issue and needs a repair or replacement. Only 11 months old.

MDE breaks all the time.. sometimes you just need to close it and try it again another time...

If your home and planning your trip, you can do everything (and more) on the app from the website.

I can never get the app to work so I have to just use the mobile website on my phone.

I have been having problems also. I made reservations for next year. On the app it says I don't have any. I can see my tickets, and even my past years trip Resv, but no current hotel.
Per the IT dept instructions, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning my phone off & restarting, and they have tried removing my resv and then putting it back in. Still nothing.
However, if I use my iPhone and go to their website, and then log into MDE from there, everything shows up. The IT dept dosent understand it. They are forwarding my problem to someone else, and are supposed to get back to me.
I just used the app this past Oct for our stay, no problem. So not sure what's going on.

We went to the MK on June 7. While in the park, we were unable to see wait times. I have an android and my friend has an iphone. Very frustrating!

I have an iPhone and MDE works fine when I'm at home. However it RARELY worked while we were at WDW June 5-13! So frustrating!!! My husbands android worked reliably while we were there.

I was having problems last night. No plans were showing. I went to my profile and I think "Friends & Family" (top left bars). It asked for my password. I think I had updated it, and it wasn't asking me for my password, so it was just listing nothing. It worked fine after that.

Log out then log back in. If same issue then it's MDE and they'll get it fixed. It's not your phone.

Seems like lately there's been some technical issues when people have been going on MDE whether phone or computer.

I've been having the same problem. Posted on the Tech Support page and found out others are too. supersnoop figured it out - the Trivago ad is pulling mobile devices down to see it at the very bottom. Very annoying! Tech Support hasn't said anything (to my knowledge, at least not in response to the threads I'm watching) so I hope they're working on a fix. I'm not surfing the DIS boards on my phone as much as I'd like to.

Found a solution. My wife and I each have a MDE experience account. However, our info will come up under her account on our iPad and desk top but on my phone it all comes up under my account. The mystery grows!!!! But at least I can bring up my stuff without going through the Disney site.

I had no problems with the app (iPhone 6 version btw) before the latest update (which was meant to fix bug issues) but now, it's broken and needs another update to fix the new bugs lol

Thanks for that info - I also have the same issues with the DIS site and am frustrated with having to scroll up through tons of ads and links to threads from years ago.
