Iphone login

Anyone else have issue logging into dvc on the iPhone 5? I have always been able to login on my old iphones. iPad works still. I've cleared cookies and history. I've called tech support, they said its an apple issue, not DVC issue. All that happens is I login, and it takes me immediately back to the login page.

My iPhone 5 worked fine a couple of weeks ago. Have you tried turning off WiFi and then turning it back on? Or how about shutting down iPhone and restarting?

Thanks for replies, good to know others can log on with the 5. I have all settings correct, shut down, restarted. It's been unable since getting the 5. Both of us in my house can't login on either of our 5's. it just refreshes and goes right back to login page. Strange. Oh well, thanks for replies. If anyone else has solutions, please let me know.

I actually had this issue with my iPhone 4 recently when previously I could sign in without difficulty. I have the iPhone 5 now and can sign in just fine. Not sure what was suddenly the issue and I never could figure it out.

have you tried different browsers, safari, google chrome. try the google chrome. safari sometimes is a problem on my mac, i use the firefox, so i use chrome on iphone.

I was unable to log on the the member site from my 3GS. I just got a 5 over the weekend and it still does not work on Safari. I get a msg that says "We're sorry. We are unable to validate your Disney Vacation Club membership information". I know my ID and password are correct. I just downloaded the Google Search App & it works!
