iPhone app for running

It is for my husband. He has a iPhone 4, but we live in Colorado and I have a feeling that some of the trails he runs on will not gave the best GPS reception. I think I will go ahead and get him the pod. Thanks all!

You can also buy the app off of itunes first and see if it works or not. Then, if it doesn't you buy the pod as planned and go that route.

I understand about reception on the trails though completely. I had great luck with it when I lived by the beach, but it can get spotty when I moved home and near the mountains.
