Iphone 6 cases in the parks

Has anyone successfully purchased any Iphone 6 (not 6 plus) phone cases in parks? Or has anyone bought the cases from the personilzed case store in DTD? I read they were going to be available and around $50... I wasnt planning going to DTD this trip cause of all the construction and time constraints but I need a Disney case

Here now - I have not seen any actual cases. I was able to find 1 zippered pouch that fit my 6 (black with white Minnie ears), the others available were too small. I didn't look in the case store at DTD.

They had them to customize in DTD when I was there on October 8th. I didn't look at the price though, I don't think they were quite that much. But they had them, it was the only place that had any at this point.
Although I have heard the Haunted Mansion store has had Haunted Mansion ones since they opened, but not sure if they still have any.

I didn't see any at the parks but I did see them at DTD in the Co Op store where you can customize cases. They have the 6 (6 plus is scheduled to arrive Nov-Dec at the latest I was told). They ranged from $35-$45 when I was pricing them.

I saw the Haunted Mansion one today at the HM store at MK.

Just returned from a trip - the customize ones in DTD were around $37 w/out tax. I bought the Haunted Mansion one in MK - love it! Fits as good as the Apple one I had. It was also $37 plus tax - which is the same i paid for the Apple one - very happy with it!

I found a mickey fave iphone 6 case at mouse works at epcot! Didn't make it to DTD.. They had a lot of 4/5 cases but that was the only place I found a mickey!

Bought a Tinkerbell iphone 6 cover over the weekend at the Co Op.
Loved choosing from the large selection.....after you make your selection it takes about 15 minutes (depending on how busy they are). Can't remember how much I paid (sorry) .....under $40 I think?


....now I just need to wait til Nov 27th when my 2 year contract is up and I can get my 6!



PS.....we headed to DTD this past Sunday morning around 10 to check out the construction. We went up on "Characters in Flight"...(FYI it's cheaper before 10:30AM) and got a great view (and Chris the attendant took the time to explain what was happening with all the construction)! We had a GREAT time!!
I was glad we went.... enjoyed lunch at Cooks of Dublin too.....YUM!!

YES! You can definitely make a custom one at the Co-Op at DTD in the D-Tech area. I just made one for the 6 last week and they have tons of cute styles to print on the case (there was a choice of black or white for the bumper).

how is the quality of the cases you can buy? Would the case and phone survive a drop on concrete without breaking the phone. I need to replace my otterbox for my iPhone and wondering if I should wait to replace it with a disney one. Thanks

Sorry, I have never seen a Disney case that will protect anywhere near as well as an Otterbox. They will protect against scratches and minor bumps , but not a drop on concrete.

Wow, Cheshire, you're back!!! I thought I must have missed something, or be reading the name wrong, lol, but you're back! And, I realize you probably don't recognize my name, but I've referred to your ticket info often for our trips(thank you for all that great info!)
