iPad Mini + MDE In-Park: Yes or No?

Hey everyone!

I was wondering whether or not it would be worthwhile to use an iPad mini to enjoy MDE in the parks to manage FastPass+ reservations, make dining reservations, etc. I would enjoy using the device's larger screen to navigate the app.

Unlike smartphones, this iPad mini is not equipped with cellular service so I'd be dependent on the park-wide WiFi infrastructure in order to use the app.

Has anybody used an iPad/iPad mini in the parks, and if so, would you recommend I do the same or stick to the iPhone?
