I can second Flortlebap for the suggestion of getting the numbers app for the spreadsheet planner - I bought numbers purely for the WDW planning template someone had created and it is worth every penny, it also automatically updates any changes to my iPhone as well.

Oh my goodness I wish I knew about that earlier. We go in less than 3 weeks so I don't think I can justify the numbers app when we're pretty much sorted. Do you know if there is an excel version knocking around?

Edit: just seen the pdf files, so think I'll have a play around with them this weekend

Edit again: looks like there's ny 1 PDF available at the moment, shame
