Ionithermie Algae Wrap - Anyone ever tried

I am planning my trip and I thought of doing something more adventursome at the spa then the Surial Bath (which we did last time and will do again : )

Ionithermie Algae Wrap

I do not like massages, but this piqued my interest.

Has anyone ever tried this? Did it do ANYTHING? I am not overweight (nor am I stick) and I wear a size 6 to 8. Does this help those of us who are not on either extreme end of the weight scale?

What other Spa treatments are good for those of us who do not like massages?

I take it you are talking about the one with the electricity rather than the seaweed wrap/massage.
Personally, I say go for the wrap/massage instead...it is one of my FAVORITES! People have reported mixed results with the Ionithermie, but I have never been dissapointed in the seaweed wrap and I have even lured my hubby into trying it. Now he loves it as much as I do. They have three different types...there is one for cellulite, although I typically do the relaxation blend (the third is for achy muscles). I have more info. about it on my website. You feel so detoxified when it's done...I sure wish they offered this at our local spa.

I was torn between the two and decided to try the seaweed wrap. It was incredibly relaxing!!

Just back from the Magic and I again went for the Seaweed wrap. I had the stress reliever formula and it was soooo relaxing!! Sarah was the CM who gave me my massage and she was awesome. Ahhhhh, now I have to wait for my next cruise to get the wrap! Hmmm, time to book again!
