iohone 6 questions

I am long overdue for an upgrade and have an iPhone 4s with problems. I plan on getting the 6 as soon as possible. I normally pre-order at the att or Apple store. However my sis tells me if I take my phone to target they will give me a trade in of $100 credit. Does anybody know about this. And if this is possible will buying my phone at target significantly delay my upgrade?

I've bought most of my iPhones at Target because I can get 5% off using the Redcard.

Most places will buy your phone back depending on it's condition and the model. You may not get the full $100. Or you might.

You might get a better return if you sell it on craiglist.

Those deals usually come with a mandatory two year contract and the $100 goes right to a deposit on the new phone. When we upgraded two years ago I just put our old phones on my FB page, had no problem selling them. However, you say it has issues so trade in might be your best bet. If the issues are severe they might not give you much.

We have sold at least 3 used iPhones to gazelle.com. They have always been fair in the offer given. They send a pre paid package for you to ship them the phone in. They mail the check as soon as they receive the phone and check it out.
Just go to the website and answer the questions about the condition of the phone and you're done.
