Hi all and thanks for your opinions. We'll be making our way to the world in late April with our two boys 5yrs and 2yrs. Staying offsite, getting a 4 day pass for each of us and plan on going to MGM, MK, AK, and letting the 5 yr old pick his favorite park to return to on the last day. Our vacation time will leave us one day to play with, and we're thinking of using that day to (gasp) another park not on WDW.

Any experience with the 3 other parks?? Best for little boys? My 5 year old isn't much of a "daredevil", so we don't need a lot of thrill rides, but I don't think he'd like sitting in shows all day either. He does like "superheros", but I don't think he's tall enough for the new Spiderman ride. Thanks again

For that age - SEA WORLD ! My sis and I took ours there the same age, and it was a success ! And let's say sis is not brave about new experiences with the kids. They all just loved it ! :fish: :fish:

My five year old loves Universal and IOA! There is so much to do. From Spiderman, to Cat in the Hat, to Shrek, and so on... It really is fun! They have a special 5 day ticket for $99. You can buy it on line. It is the best option and you can go to both parks for that price. It's five consecutive days though. We never use all of it, but buy it and use it for 2-3 days. It expires if you don't use it consecutively, but it's still a great value as each park is about $60.

We haven't been to Sea World, but would find it difficult to consider a trip to Orlando without visiting US/IOA. If I had to choose one of the two for your situation, I would choose US. Have fun!!

I have a 4 yr old who is not brave at all!! She had a wonderfull time at IOA. There are characters if your children are into them. Mine is afraid but we keep our distances from them but she likes them from afar. Seuss Land is great. She loved the cartoon land play area. Just so you know she is easily pleased. Her brothers on the oter hand do the front row of Hulk. Just different kids. I took my sons when they were younger to SW. They loved it. We will be heading back but not till Feb. You can always get back to me and I can give you the 411 on SW. I truelly think that each would hold your childrens interest there is so much to se and do at both. Good luck deciding.
