IOA ticket window opening time?

Hi,

We will be in Universal labor day weekend and arriving Friday evening and staying through Monday morning. I ordered tickets from Undercovertourist and after three weeks of being notified that the tickets have been shipped, the post office has not delivered them yet. The tracking status still shows that it's been processed through their Orlando facility. Undercovertourist said they can send me copies of the tickets if I do not receive them and I can exchange them at the ticket window. We are staying in the park and taking advantage of the early entry to WWOHP. Would the ticket window be open during early entry? Thanks for your help.

the outside guest service window is open prior to park opening.

There will be some ticket windows open before early park admission begins, no need to worry there will be people to assist you.
