Hello we are going to IOA mainly for Harry Potter, but we are interested in going on other rides.

We are arriving in the afternoon, hoping for shorter lines during the peak season. My kids are 12 & 9. They are not fans of the superwild roller coasters, so the slower coasters (if there are any) or other interesting adventurous rides would interest them more.

Any recommendations?

Are all the Suess rides too babyish?

Thanks!

Are you just going for one day and arriving in the afternoon? That doesn't leave much time. You can do everything other than Hulk and Dragon Challenge. I'd say only the Caro-Suess_el is too babyish.

DD (then 7 and too short for the big coasters) really enjoyed:
Spiderman (her favorite at IOA)
Flight of the Hippogriff - similar to Goofy's Barnstormer, but a much smoother ride, IMO
The Cat in the Hat
The water rides in Toon Lagoon - sort of like Kali River Rapids and Splash Mountain
Storm Force Accelerator (like the teacups)

DS (then 11, and a big fan of the coasters) also loved:
Forbidden Journey
Spiderman
Jurassic Park River Adventure
Dr. Doom's Fearfall
The water rides in Toon Lagoon

As far as Suess Landing, it depends on the child. My DS was not into it at all, but went on the rides for his sister. I, on the other hand, loved Suess Landing - those rides are just my speed!
